Training and Experience

Edra Faust is a masters level therapist at NVCC. She graduated with a Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling degree from Thomas University. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology Edra is a National Certified Counselor, as well as a member of the American Counseling Association. Edra’s experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and family therapy in the private practice setting. 


Approach

Edra approaches clients from various therapeutic backgrounds based on the needs of the client. She uses a warm and gentle approach when working with clients and she is committed to assisting clients to reach their goals for therapy. She is passionate about the therapeutic process and places an emphasis on building a solid therapeutic relationship with her clients using solution focused, person centered, and cognitive behavior therapy.

Edra is available for day, evening and appointments and also offers a significantly reduced rate for self-pay clients. She is under the direction of Dr. Kristy Christopher-Holloway, LPC and supervision of Shannon Wilkerson, LPC.
