Amber Goldwire-Wade is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and her Master of Social Work Degree from Clark Atlanta University. Additionally, she has a certification in Educational Leadership from the University of West Georgia.
Amber has worked as a School Social Worker for over 13 years and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. She has worked in psychiatric treatment residential facilities, CORE services, school settings, shelters and in the community. Amber’s current areas of expertise is with children, adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities and crisis support and management.

Amber utilizes a person-centered and multi-cultural approach to therapy, understanding the importance of meeting a person where they are. She is patient and encourages free expression without judgement. Amber seeks to provide a safe and comforting space for clients where they are able to confront their fears, process their thoughts and feelings and take the necessary steps to begin the work that is required to heal the whole person.
